Aqua Dawson is a visionary leader and Certified Life Coach who transitioned from a successful 30-year career in corporate America to pursue her passion for coaching and consulting. Founding her company, Make Solutions Happen, LLC, was a natural step, as she has spent much of her life mentoring and guiding others. While she knew stepping into entrepreneurship would come with challenges, Aqua embraced it as her destiny.
During her corporate tenure, Aqua held executive positions such as Regional Vice President, Business Unit Director, and Regional Sales Director. Her extensive expertise spans strategic planning, operations management, talent development, and customer service. Known for her exceptional leadership, she achieved measurable results in areas such as revenue growth, employee engagement, and organizational transformation.
Today, Aqua brings the same drive, focus, and passion to her coaching practice. She specializes in helping individuals navigate personal growth, strengthen relationships, and manifest their goals.
